Kameran käyttämä akku on kaikille Sony-harrastajille tuttu Sony NP-FZ100 eli virtaa kamerassa on noin 2,5x enemmän, kuin Sony A6500 kameran käyttämässä NP-FW50 akussa. CIPA-standardin mukaan kameralla voi ottaa 810 kuvaa, mutta käytännössä määrä on reilusti yli 1000 kuvaa. Voit ohjata kameraan älylaitteen sovelluksen kautta tai voit käyttää PC:llä / Macissä sovellusta Sony Imaging Edge.
